Wow, Frank. I love this. When I read your sentence, I experienced the truth of it. And the freedom of the present moment. Thank you for this contribution for #ForgivingFridays – I am so happy that you do it. Your creativity is uplifting for me! Blessings, Debbie

Forgiveness is hard when the, hurt is still there.

It is hard. I don’t want to minimize the hurt. I suspect forgiveness is not something we can do on our own which is a good thing to be aware of. Since forgiveness sometimes actually happens, and we can’t do it alone, that it happens is evidence we are not on our own. Thank you for the comment, Shalilah! Best wishes.

Love this! I just wrote a post on forgiveness as well, that often times it’s even a selfish (yet necessary) notion because it allows us to move forwards and succeed without letting hardship become us. Thanks for posting this!

I think I found it: https://searching4satiety.com/2018/03/14/develop/ You might want to link this to Debbie Roth’s site for more exposure by putting a link to her site. I have been trying to write something on forgiveness every week.
Thank you for the comment!
