Breathing, walking, here today.
What comes next is on its way.
Winter here’s a cold, white play.
Spring hints there’ll be more to say.

Great poem Frank,
very interesting picture. I like to watch the awakening of life in the front of my eyes !

Thank you, Ben! Spring so far is more an absence of cold and snow, but it is just getting ready.

… To tell the truth I’m still looking for these hints of spring here… 😉

I am looking for the flowers as well, but it is warmer and the snow is gone. Thank you!

Those trees would make a fine subject for one of my arboreal kaleidoscope pictures. Love the poem, too

Lovely post, particularly the second picture. Now I need “a hint of autumn” to cease sweeting. Late summer has proven hotter than the high summer this year.

You should be getting that hint of autumn soon in Brazil. Both spring and autumn are my favorite seasons. Thank you, Danik!

Your poem fits perfectly with a very warm, spring-like weekend, as opposed to today. Winter has returned in its temperature.

It is a bit colder here as well, but the sky is bright. Thank you, Mary!

I like the juxtaposition of your short, subtle prose with the majestic hints of spring in the trees. Nicely done.
