Inner guidance, help me see
Right across the sky.
May what’s best above come true
Even what I didn’t do
Even when I didn’t try.
Linked to K’lee and Dale’s Cosmic Photo Challenge with the theme “Wings Across the Sky”. Also linked to Debbie Roth’s Forgiving Fridays where she describes trusting in her inner guidance.

Stunning photo, Frank, that’s one bird I’d love to capture.

Fantastic photos. I never quite have my camera ready at such times!
The sentiment of the poem is just perfect too.

The bird was in the perfect position. I was taking pictures and then it took off. Perhaps it got tired of being photographed. 🙂 Thank you, Peter!

There is only so much that one person can do. I also hope that despite my failures, a good outcome will happen.

Failures are tests of trust. I often fail at meeting those tests and then forgiveness becomes even more of a relief. Thank you!

Oh Frank, what an exquisite poem asking for the help and reassurance of our inner guidance. I experienced such gentle love and wisdom when I read it. That is a gift. My mom’s piano playing used to be able to elicit a range of emotions – I always thought it was such a talent. You have that too.
Thanks for contributing this for #ForgivingFridays – I’ll share it tomorrow.
And beautiful photo! 🙂
