I would much rather sit here wrapped in my warm blanket while admiring your pictures than be out there trying not to fall down into that beautiful snow.

Oh, too chilly by far! I’m debating whether to order those things you put on your shoes to grip the ice–I’m terrified of falling, and we have a small hill between the apartments and Safeway. However, we don’t usually get a long season of snow and ice–God is SO merciful. Plus, I met someone before Christmas who said she’d be glad to drive me to get groceries during our mostly RAINY season đ So I feel beyond blessed.

It is dangerous to walk on the ice. I’ve slipped many times on sidewalks, but not on trails.

Mostly I avoid going out until either ice melts–or lots more snow falls to cover and cushion it đ

This was a year ago, but it was a heavy snow. At the moment I’m in southern Florida where it is warm.
