I took two photos of the desk that I currently use. I forgot to tidy things up before taking the photos.

Thanks! Love seeing this. Mine is similar in that I have a laptop and a monitor. Cables are always a challenge I think. What do you use the microphone for, if I may ask.

I used to use the microphone to read my stories and poems, but I haven’t done that recently. I now use it for Zoom meetings since I was not able to get the laptop audio to work reliably (probably my own fault).

It is real. Since I normally don’t tidy up much, I didn’t even notice the mess until I saw the photos in WordPress.

I have a 4-tiered wooden baker’s rack that I use for my desk. I have 2 laptops that run all day and lots of extra space to charge my electronics and such. Since we now live in an apartment, we have less space than we used to. I didn’t want to give up the baker’s rack and repurposed it as my computer station. Your space looks nice and workable.

The baker’s rack sounds like it would make a good desk with shelves for computers, books and papers. My table is a repurposed utility table we weren’t using. It is so far the best desk I’ve had.
