It’s Supernatural

Yesterday afternoon (Thursday, June 1, 2023) I was one of the members of the audience at the It’s Supernatural program featuring Larry Sparks, Lydia Marrow and Tommy and Miriam Evans. I live only fifteen minutes away from the studio, so it is easy for me to attend. Since moving to the Charlotte area this was the third time I attended.

Normally there are three shows filmed one after the other. The audience claps and gets to see and hear the speakers live. Afterwards the audience is ministered to in a live show that is posted on the It’s Supernatural channel. I expected a sermon of sorts but yesterday there were prayers for healing and blessing. Almost twenty-four hours later I still feel the effects of it in my breathing.

Admittedly for some this may not be the sort of service you find acceptable. I offer it because it is recent (happened yesterday), unusual and I was in the audience.

Although I was not one of those who fell to the floor under the Spirit many did including people I know personally. As I left I had to step around the cameraman who was also on the floor. Fortunately, the studio was able to quickly switch to another camera.

May it be a blessing to you if you have time to watch it or at least provide you with a better understanding of what such ministries are like.

  1. These encounters with God are supported by Bible. Be sure the leader is holy and humble because the devil easily counterfeits these manifestations. He is not able to counterfeit a holy daily walk of a righteous man. I cite the “Sons of Sceva” Acts 19. Thanks, Frank. I posted a blog a time or two that gives scriptural support to all these things. There are some things that seem to happen that do not have scripture to back them up. I’m thinking of “gold dust” falling and oil appearing on hands.

    1. I haven’t seen the gold dust or the oil appear on ones hands, but a friend of mine who does deliverance ministry mentioned bizarre counterfeit manifestations. I agree: the devil is not able to counterfeit a holy daily walk of a righteous man. Thank you, Oneta!

  2. Thanks for sharing this. It happens and most of the time very real. My first experience with it was 50 tears ago as Derek Prince ministered. I was one of the “catchers” who made sure no one got hurt.

    1. They needed catchers at this meeting. During the worship portion of the service at the church we now attend there are catchers behind those receiving prayers. Thank you, Michael, and blessings to you!

        1. Yes, I was by the cameraman on the far left side of the audience. The cameraman who fell was another one on the far right side of the audience. Since the exit was on the right side, I had to walk around him to leave the studio.

  3. I have had my share of experiencing the supernatural in both realms. Yes, Satan is also a supernatural being and can very well counterfeit God. Lucifer….angel of light. But…..God confirms through His Word and through His Spirit the things that be of God.
    So happy for you that you were touched by the power of God. All glory goes to Him alone!!

  4. I am not posting on my blog until the Holy Spirit leads me to but I will be reading and commenting on yours and others. The Holy Spirit knows what He is doing. It is supernatural!!!! Prayers appreciated.

  5. More regarding the “catchers” and/or the “fallers.” I can absolutely confirm that Holy Spirit power is the force that causes the fall. However, as with all God’s works in us or through us, we have to be a willing participant. There was a time when I would have fallen except that I stubbornly refused to do so. I took a step or two backward to maintain balance and avoid the fall. Wish I had “do overs” for that. 😀 Oh, the Lord has been so gracious and patient with me. I glorify his precious name.

    1. I agree with you that it is Holy Spirit power that is the force that causes the fall. There is much I would love to do over again as well. The first time I fell I was a willing participant, but I didn’t expect it would happen to me until I realized I was on the floor just like the others around me. I also glorify His precious name.

  6. I have just finished watching it. The Holy Spirit is so powerful. I felt His presence from the beginning to the end and onward. I have forwarded the video to my loved ones, I pray that they will be touched and transformed by the Holy Spirit like I did.
