That’s a comfort Frank. It’s just unfortunate that in the here and now we all have so many against us in so many ways . Everyone says God is on their side , and according to the scriptures he is on everyone’s side, even our foes and evil people.
So I find little comfort in any truth in that statement. But I say this in sadness not in aggression or to disagree with you. It’s a sad state the world is in today. God bless you 💜
The Scriptures tell us to love God and to love our neighbor as ourselves. Whatever we do we need to make sure it is ultimately out of love for God and love for our neighbor.
The Holy Spirit tells us what to do. He even speaks to those who don’t believe in the Holy Spirit. There are also devils. If what we hear is in conformity with the Bible, then we can trust it is not some devil deceiving us.
When we obey the Holy Spirit, God is for us because we also are for Him. The only advantage the Christian has is being born again of that very Holy Spirit. The relationship becomes intimate.
