The Old Golf Course Trail

This trail is in Fort Mill, South Carolina, just off Regent Parkway. It goes around an abandoned golf course and a man-made pond surrounded by residences for about a mile.

The trail is mostly paved and somewhat steep in places.
The man-made pond part of the trail surrounds.
A view of part of the old golf course which is still mown.

  1. and people wonder* why I enjoy writing stories involving time travel! lol

even from the perspective of someone who has never been there, how, being told it’s history can you resist the visuals of golf carts and flagsticks in the wind.

    fun ‘hop

    1. I know little of the actual history of this golf course. Since the place has been mowed one can still see how it could have been a golf course long ago. A time machine would help. Blessings and thank you, Clark!
