This is a neighborhood trail on the other side of the train tracks taking a left at the fork in Fort Mill, SC.
It is an easy trail. Should the bridge look too sketchy, be careful (or turn around).

Oh, my! Anyone who knows me well, knows that I take chances and not much scares me. I am pretty sure I would have turned around too at the same point you did. I would call that smart. 😳
But I do love your pics and would they made me wonder what is on the other side. Is there another way to get to the other side?

I think there is another trail head in a subdivision, but I haven’t tried it yet. Blessings, Pepper, and thank you!

It seems someone tried repairs, but not great ones. You chose wisely, although it’s a beautiful area.

They just patched the bridge as quickly as they knew how. I had walked far enough. Blessings, Mimi! Thank you!

Beautiful photos, Frank. That bridge does look a little sketchy.

I didn’t try it, but one day I might. It does have metal support. Blessings and thank you, Dan!
