Sunday Walk 2

Morning Clouds Over Pond

There are only two kinds of people in the end: those who say to God, “Thy will be done,” and those to whom God says, in the end, “Thy will be done.” All that are in Hell, choose it.

C.S. Lewis, The Great Divorce, Chapter 9 from The Complete C.S. Lewis Signature Classics, page 506.

I recently heard Crystal Grimes’ song Pink Flamingo. It made me wonder if I could handle seeing all of the pink flamingos I hide behind come to life and fly away.

Author: Frank Hubeny

I enjoy walking, poetry and short prose as well as taking pictures with my phone.

  1. My book writing went to hell. It was not of my choosing but of those who screwed me rather than help me. I don’t know about god. But for man with all the will in the world he is not in charge of his destiny. He is always at the mercy of those with more money and power than he.

      1. You’re quite welcome. As to the blog now being private–I would either need your email address, for WordPress to send the “invite”…or you can go to my blog and follow the instructions re gaining permission to access. Whichever you’re more comfortable with 🙂
