My Maple tree died. They cut it down. Now it gets really hot in our house.

I am sorry to hear about your maple tree. We had one once that interfered with the power lines somehow and the town cut it down. Although we moved from there long ago, I still remember that beautiful tree.

Apparently (to everyone but me) we were suffering a drought and my beautiful maple tree started to be in distress… The crown had started dying back and there were many dead and dying branches. One of the wind storms blew down a branch about 10″ in diameter! That could have caused significant damage to my house! I was supposed to be watering it 2x/week. I didn’t. I murdered my tree by neglecting it.
