Dale offers the prompt “in my warm place” for this week’s Cosmic Photo Challenge.
______
Suppose it looks like the first picture below outside. The best thing to do is to not go out in it (unless you want to take some pictures).
If you have to go out in it, it is better to first go where it doesn’t snow and where you can swim all year round and take pictures of the sunrise.

Good morning Frank! We certainly think alike about what warm places we prefer!

I love warm places. Snow is beautiful but the ocean shows the grander of God. Blessings.

I agree. The snow is beautiful only when it is warm enough to stick to the trees as it does in the first photo. Blessings, Michael!

You’re right, Frank, the second shot looks far preferable to the first one, I wish it was warm all the time.

Thank you, Dale! In Florida, where that picture was taken, it is pretty warm all year round.

I do like walking in the snow, Frank. But I’m glad you have a warm place.

Snow always looks warm from the inside. And yes, I love to walk in it.
The ocean is warm, but I can turn to ice if I am in it very long.
There’s a story brewing here…..
Lovely, Frank. Blessings!

I love snow. I love blizzards. The sky is a darker blue during the winter and makes the contrast much more brilliant. I used to love building snowmen and sledding and ice skating, but now I worry about broken hips, heart attacks, and frostbite. Dangit. But I like the snow outside and the way it cleans up everything. I like the look on the garbage truck driver as his truck slides sideways down our hill. I love watching the little kids building forts and having snowball fights. I adore the grandkids making tunnels through the deep snow and popping up like meer cats all over the back yard.
As long as I have my mulled cider, my knitting, a nice fire and a movie, I’m in heaven.

I’ve found the snow especially beautiful when the weather is warn enough for the snow to stick to the trees. That is usually at the beginning or ending of winter. I have often walked in it on those days. I do miss those walks living now in the south. Blessings, Rebecca!

Yes, the beach is my favorite warm place. Maybe someday we’ll get to go again, it would be such a blessing.

I started a dumster rental business in Baton Rouge. If that didn’t keep me in the area, I would certaintly consider moving to someplace warmer.

Southern Florida is probably warmer than Baton Rouge, but I’ve never lived there. Thank you!
