The cactus looks very much like the Christmas Cactus houseplant a friend used to have. And I recognize the flowers below as the beautiful Bougainvillea. How beautifully you’ve captured them!

I think you are right about the Bougainvillea. The cactus (or whatever it is) is over 10 feet tall. There might be a houseplant variety of it. Blessings and thank you, Dora!
