Dale offers the prompt “what’s flowering where you are” for this week’s Cosmic Photo Challenge.
We are currently travelling in southern Florida between Tampa and Miami. I noticed these while walking on sidewalks in the Miami area.
I don’t know what these plants are or even if they are technically flowers, but they were colorful which drew my attention to them.
The first shot is beautiful, I don’t recognize that flower, thanks Frank

Going by the leaves, I think it might be an unusual Rhododendron

It may well be for all I know about plants.

Not fair being in Floriday right now. Nothing blooming here in Atlanta yet. Very cold this past week.
Blessings.

We had a couple of cool days here: 55 degrees, Florida freezing. Thank you, Michael!

Beautiful photos! Not much here. My orchids on my window sill are thriving. A begonia in my friend’s house but I haven’t seen too much outside. Waiting for spring to arrive. Nice to see pictures and words what will be.

Wow! They are so beautiful! My husband bought me hyacinths for my birthday as I wait for the spring and the ice to thaw! Beautiful fragrance. I wonder if any these flowers have a scent?!

I didn’t smell anything unusual passing by them, but I only paused long enough to get some pictures. Blessings and thank you, Dora!
