Reminds me of the story ‘The Pout Pout Fish’, that I sometimes read to my daughter. Here’s someone reading it: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hVIjDWDouQQ Good fun 🙂 LikeLiked by 1 person
That is a very nice story with nice rhymes. I especially liked the phrase “kaleidoscope of mope”. Thanks for pointing it out, Ronnie! LikeLiked by 1 person
I think that’s true although habitual behavior may make it feel as if frowning is easier. Thanks, JoAnna! LikeLiked by 1 person
I like that idea, hope it works for me. Hope you are having a great week. Smiles. LikeLiked by 1 person

The laughter of a nightmare is more like a frown, but a smile is peaceful and magically removes stress. Thanks, Fred! LikeLiked by 1 person
Thank you, Jael! I was reading Andrew Newberg and Mark Robert Waldman’s “How God Changes Your Brain” recently. They confirmed that smiling is empirically valuable for our health although I’ve known it intuitively for years. LikeLike
I always try to keep that smile. It may fade for a few moments… but I work hard at it 🙂 LikeLiked by 1 person

A frown IS upside down. Unless one’s standing on one’s head. Thanks, Peter!

My mom used to say it takes a lot more muscles to frown than to smile.
