Living in Your Best Light

Poppies from a Distance

Should the day bring dismay
In some ominous way
As the clouds fluff their white at the blue
I will say as we stray
Through the beauty of May
That my heart to this light will stay true.

I enjoy walking, poetry and short prose as well as taking pictures with my phone.

  1. Love the poem and the photos are gorgeous, as ever.
    By the way, Frank, I think you have the perfect voice for reading Dr Seuss audio books.
    I can hear you reading The Cat In The Hat in my head as I type, hahaha. ;~}
