Inside the Chicago Botanic Garden

Inside is where it all gets real.
Despair destroys the dance:
Feet won’t move. Then comes that song
That lets forgiveness sing along
To give us one more chance.

    1. Thank you, Danik! I am glad you liked that photo. I took it into the sun not suspecting it might be useful, but then I liked that dark curving object and the orangish-red in the background.

  1. Frank, this is magnificent! I love the playfulness of the poem that lifts the despair. It’s like forgiveness – brings such healing joy. I’m going to share both of your poems for #Forgiving Fridays, so honored to do that.

Blessings to you, Frank. Thank you for sharing your heart. It’s really touching.
