Dancing Leaf

A leaf won’t blame the maple tree
When summer warmth is gone.
Forgive the fall. Through winter see
Fresh spring to dream upon.

Earth

From mushrooms up to maple trees
The Earth is home to all of these.
There’s so much that I cannot see
That’s tucked away mysteriously.

Mysteriously it’s come to be
From somewhere, from the wild wet sea.
It’s even home for you and me.
