A branch has fallen from the tree.
Its patterns flow melodically,
curving, swirling. Can you see
that wary lizard watching me?
Eugenia offers the word “swirling” for this week’s prompt.

They are all over the place. This one sat still long enough to get my phone out. Thank you, Michael!

I was searching for the lizard in the first photo. 🙂 The curling edge resembles an animal.

I wasn’t sure that I had any photo of something swirling until I thought of that fallen palm branch. Thank you, Chel!
